"Brandon did an amazing job helping me figure out what was going on with my BMW! I sent out a Yelp service notification to nearby mechanics, and I'm so glad he reached out. Before we even set up the appointment, I called and he actually listened--not just the placating kind, but real, engaged listening. He offered suggestions, was open to helping, and even said he'd do some research. He also made accommodations that I was so grateful for and got straight to work when we met up. Initially, I thought I just needed a control board replaced for my taillights, but we later discovered that they were working fine--I actually have a Euro-spec BMW, which I learned is completely legal in the U.S. Brandon dedicated his time, knowledge, and tools to make sure I left with a resolution. He made both my sister and me feel comfortable and welcomed the whole time. If you're someone who likes to understand your car, he also takes the time to explain what he's doing. And if he's unsure about something, he has the resources to find out. He even checked my fuses and fixed one, so now I have a working cigarette charger. Safe to say I'll be a regular customer--and that's coming from someone who usually does her own maintenance. Most shops give lackluster support, but he was top tier. If you're looking for quality work and someone who truly cares, look no further."
